• To commemorate the 257 years of existence of the Patiala City, Patiala heritage fest will be held from 22 feb to 5 march.
• It is being organised by the Department of Cultural Affairs and Tourism.
• Many Prominent personalities such as kuchipudi dancer Raja Radha Reddy, tabla player Ustad Zakir Hussain and sitar player Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan will also participate.
• Classical singer Shubha Mudgal, sitar player Sahid Parvez Khan and dancer Shovana Narayan will also perform at the festival.
• More than 150 craft persons will put their stalls displaying metalwork, traditional jewellery, textiles and pottery products during the crafts mela at Sheesh Mahal. 
• A vintage car rally will commence on February 27 whcih will start from Chandigarh and culminate at Pul Cinema in Patiala.
