• A 120-hour course in office productivity or desktop publishing applications from an ISO 9001 certified government-recognized institution, or a DOEACC "C" Level equivalent certificate.

Punjabi Language Requirement (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ)

Under Rule 17 of the Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994, every candidate must have passed Matriculation (Class 10) with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject, or an equivalent examination in Punjabi.
