Civils Notebook – REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Civils Notebook reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. Civils Notebook at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction; or
2. If it suspects a student has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms & Conditions; or
3. For any reason outside the control of the Civils Notebook.

REFUND POLICY: Any fee or other charges for online courses, classroom courses, study material including test series or paid for availing any services online or offline shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
