Recruitment for posts of Naib Tehsildar: Eligibility, Exam Pattern and Date

Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has announced its notification for recruitment to 78 posts of Naib Tehsildar in the Department of Revenue & Rehabilitation, Govt. of Punjab. Click HERE to download the official notification.

AGE LIMIT

The candidate should have attained the age of 18 years but should not be older than 37 years on 1st January 2021.

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is applicable as per State Government Rule as mentioned in the notification for different categories.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Every Candidate should possess a bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.

In addition to this, candidates should have passed the Matriculation Examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects.

The application fee for different categories is mentioned below:

Selection Process

The Pattern for examination to be held in February is as under:

Marks for Competitive Examination 300
(120 Questions of 2.5 marks each. Total time allotted will be 2 hours)
                        Pattern for Written Exam
No. of questions from Logical Reasoning and Mental Ability 40
No. of questions from General Knowledge & Current Affairs of National and International importance 80
  • There will be no negative marking in the written test, for questions wrongly answered or questions not answered.
